The version included on MacUpdate is a DEMO and only displays in preview, there is no OK button. To install, please place the GX12_ShapeFX1 and GX12_Warp10 plugin into the plug-in path of Illustrator CS2 CS1 10. The entire folder 'GX12_...' must be included for the plugin set for Illustrator CS2. The demo set comes with a small selection of sampler symbols based on the shapeFX1 designs. The set is part of the Andrew's (vector) collection plugins for use in Illustrator (r) - volume 12
